About the event
HOPE Day: Dance • Heal • Support is a community event dedicated to raising awareness and standing in solidarity with survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Hosted by HOPE, Inc., this year marks our 5th Annual HOPE Day, bringing together movement, healing, and giving back.
🕙 10:00 – 11:00 AM | Dance for HOPE VIKick off the day with an energetic Afro-Caribbean dance class and self-defense demo at Beeston Hill Health & Wellness (Cardio Room).
🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | HOPE & Healing CircleJoin the Caribbean Owl for a reflective and supportive circle offering spiritual grounding, confidential conversation, and community care.
🛍️ 1:00 – 4:00 PM | HOPE Day Shopping Pop-UpShop new and lightly-worn items from our H.O.P.E. fashion racks, donated by our fashionista girlfriends. 50% of proceeds support HOPE initiatives.
Location: Girlfriendism International Headquarters (formerly My Girlfriend’s Closet).
