The Girlfriendism Experience™ is a weekly opportunity for women to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and one another through movement, mindfulness, conversation, and community.
Hosted in the heart of historic Christiansted, St. Croix, this intimate experience brings together women from all walks of life—locals, visitors, entrepreneurs, professionals, mothers, retirees, digital nomads, and travelers who are seeking a little more joy, wellness, friendship, and connection in their lives.
