### 🌐 **Global Girlfriendism Membership – Virtual Class Policy** To ensure that all members experience the full value of our classes and circles in a safe, supportive, and respectful space, we ask that all participants agree to the following policies when attending any **online virtual class or Girlfriend Circle**: --- ### 🛡️ **1. Personal Safety & Environment** * Please ensure you have a clear, safe, and comfortable space for movement. Remove any objects or obstacles that may pose a risk during class. * Stay hydrated and listen to your body—modifications are always welcome. * Participation is voluntary; you are encouraged to honor your limits while staying present. --- ### 🎥 **2. Video Usage & Creating Safe Space** * While having your **video on is encouraged** to foster sisterhood and connection, it is **optional**. * If you choose to keep your camera off, we invite you to stay engaged through the chat or reactions. * If your video is on, we ask that you dress comfortably and be mindful of your background to maintain the sacred space for all participants. --- ### 🤝 **3. Confidentiality & Community in the Girlfriend Circle** * **What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.** We hold space with integrity, trust, and compassion. * Please refrain from recording or sharing screenshots of any part of the session. * Respect all voices, avoid cross-talk, and allow space for others to be seen and heard without judgment. --- ### 💞 **4. Respect for Our Collective Energy** * Arrive on time whenever possible and come with an open heart. * Mute your microphone when not speaking to reduce background noise. * Keep the space free from distractions so you can be fully present—for yourself and your girlfriends. --- By attending our virtual sessions, you agree to uphold the values of **Girlfriendism**—community, wellness, sisterhood, sensuality, and spiritual leadership.
