Fake vs Misunderstood Joy
Joy isn’t fake. It’s unfamiliar to people who’ve had to survive without it. If your joy feels misunderstood, keep shining. If someone else’s joy triggers you, pause gently and look inward - not with judgment, but with curiosity. Joy is real. Joy is regulation. Joy is contagious. And joy is something you deserve, too. Whether you’re living in it now or learning how to receive it, you’re welcome here. ✨ Welcome to Girlfriendism ✨A community where truth is honored, healing is supported, and joy gets to move freely. And if this stirred something in you and you’d like support, you’re not alone. You can DM for support. Sometimes one honest conversation is all it takes to begin. A MOMENT WE’LL NEVER FORGET — Inside a Nubian Home
In this unforgettable moment inside a Nubian home, our Girlfriends were welcomed into a beautiful circle of dance, culture, and community. What started as a warm introduction quickly became a powerful shared experience—each woman stepping into the circle, being honored, celebrated, and embraced through movement. As the energy grew, the dancing became collective, joyful, and deeply connected. Even the children gathered around, watching, joining in, and soaking up the love, rhythm, and spirit of the moment. This wasn’t just dancing—this was sisterhood, culture, and human connection in its purest form. This is truly a moment we’ll never forget—a reminder of the power of community, the beauty of being welcomed, and the magic that happens when women come together in joy. ✨ From our hearts to yours, welcome inside this special Nubian home experience.

We Visited a School in Nubian Village
One of the most special moments of our Egypt journey was visiting a school in the Nubian Village—where we didn’t just observe the culture, we truly immersed ourselves in it. 🇪🇬✨ We sat in a real classroom and learned how to communicate like a Nubian—counting from 1 to 10, and practicing how to say hello and goodbye. But beyond the language, what moved us most was the art throughout the school. The paintings—depicting Egyptian families, children at play, daily life, laughter, and joy—were more than just decoration. They are how history lives, how culture is remembered, and how identity is passed down when written records are lost. This is the heart of why Girlfriendism holds space for entrepreneurs, creatives, and advocates—because creativity is preservation, art is resistance, and storytelling is legacy. This wasn’t just a visit. It was a shared understanding that culture survives because people choose to remember, create, and teach. ✨ If this moment resonates with you, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more stories from our Egypt journey and beyond. Also if you would like to become part of this global movement, become a girlfriend — take the $1 pledge: https://khnumasimmondsesann435ba.myclickfunnels.com/optin Welcome to our community—where we intentionally empower, support, and celebrate each other’s journeys. #girlfriendism

Cutting off vs Releasing with Love
In 2026, we’re choosing liberation over limitation. Cutting off can protect us—but it can also keep love out. Releasing with love is different. It comes from self-trust, emotional maturity, and compassion. Releasing with love means we don’t carry bitterness into the next chapter. We carry clarity. We choose growth over fear. We stay open to love—because that’s where our power lives. At Girlfriendism, we create spaces where girlfriends feel safe to soften, heal, and grow together. Where connection is medicine. Where love and liberation lead the way. ✨ Join the tribe. ✨ Release with love. ✨ Step into 2026 lighter, freer, and held. 👉 Subscribe to our Girlfriendism community and grow with us. #ReleaseWithLove #girlfriendismlifestyle #LoveAndLiberation #WellnessWednesday #SoftAndStrong #ChooseLove #HealingInCommunity #liberatedaf

Caribbean + African Connection
🌍 Cross-Cultural Integration Highlight | Caribbean + African Connection This moment captures something truly special. While en route to the Nubian Village during the Girlfriendism Egypt Retreat, our community shared a powerful experience of music, joy, unity, and ancestral connection—singing Bob Marley songs together on the boat, laughing, dancing, and simply being present. This is more than a travel moment. This is the African diaspora across borders. This is Caribbean heritage meeting Africa. This is what it looks like when culture, history, and spirit come together in one shared experience. From the rhythm of the music to the energy of the group, this was a reminder that no matter where we come from, our roots connect us. ✨ This is Girlfriendism. ✨ This is global community. ✨ This is liberation, joy, and connection in motion. If you feel called to be part of this movement and this kind of community, you’re invited to join us. 💛 Take the $1 Pledge and become a member here: 👉 https://khnumasimmondsesann435ba.myclickfunnels.com/optin #Girlfriendism #AfricanDiaspora #CaribbeanMeetsAfrica #EgyptRetreat #NubianVillage #CulturalConnection #GlobalCommunity #LiberationInMotion #AncestralConnection #BobMarley #HealingThroughTravel #Community

The Highlight of our Girlfriendism Retreat in Egypt!
On Our Way to the Ancestors: Nubian Village in Egypt (Part 1) Some journeys aren’t about arrival… they’re about remembering. On our way to the Nubian Village, the journey itself became part of the experience. What started as a simple boat ride quickly turned into one of the highlights of the trip — filled with music, laughter, and dancing as we made our way across the water. This moment became one of the most joyful and memorable parts of our Egypt journey, reminding us that sometimes the most beautiful experiences happen before you even reach the destination. This is Part 1 of our Nubian Village experience — more moments to come.
